la palm nail and spa

I have been giving them chance to do better but each time they have done something wrong. Today I went for eyebrows. The girl who did was so rude and in rush. She did not even do her job properly and teaching me how eyebrows should be ?. She started arguing. What is happening with client and customer service. Are we not paying them for the job? Very disappointing. They are in my area so I want to promote local businesses but I guess not. In place of saying what I will like to have she was showing her tantrum. I hope you guys correct these types of behaviour else close the salon and let good people run it.

What a terrible experience!I used to go there occasionally when the place was under the old management. Yesterday I decided to come, and was highly disappointed. I wanted to do manicure, but I ended up requesting only to remove my old nail polish. The technician was hurting me, I asked many times to stop and do it gently or change the instruments. The customer service was so poor, I even asked another person to do it for me, but she refused. I ended up spending 40 minutes, my nails are damaged because of too much pressure, peeling or inappropriate technique. My nails hurt terribly today. 2 years ago I gave this place 5 stars.I came back 2 weeks ago because I wanted my nails done for my vacation and gosh was it disappointing. I picked out his beautiful yellow colour that I knew it would be perfect but nails were far from it. And you can say, oh the pictures ain't so bad... oh but they were.I had a regular pedi and shellac mani. When I got home, I checked my toes carefully only to find my pinkie toe half painted on each foot, and many other toes poorly done. On my hands, the polish was see-through.
