David is so knowledgeable and you can just trust your hair with him. He always asks the right questions, extremely knowledgeable in dying your hair, highlights, cuts, styles etc. I never have a problem booking my next appointment, I just book in advance. I regularly have my hair dyed, every 5 weeks and cut a few times a year. David understands how colour works and always recommends colours that compliment my hair. He knows how to fix the mess from dying my own hair from home during COVID. I also developed an allergy on my scalp to any dyes and he was able to help me navigate through this. I almost didn’t write this review because I don’t want people flooding my stylist’s schedule but Lianna is an absolute angel and by far the best stylist whose chair I’ve sat in. My virgin hair is a level 3 with red undertones and my previous stylist had toned me up to a level 11 ash gray. I had a consultation with her and explained in detail exactly how I wanted my hair done as my previous stylist had moved out of the country. Lianna was an amazing listener and gave me exactly what I asked for and then some!! Visited a week ago from the States to get my hair coloured. I had dark hair and wanted to go lighter-Lianna worked on my hair and she was so patient and understanding, she walked me through the process and brought over a book where I could pick my colour from which was so nice to visualize. She made me feel extremely comfortable throughout the appointment in every manner and was overall amazing! ALL the staff were incredibly friendly and genuine with their clients. One gentleman was offering clients coffee and tea which was so nice.
