Richard has been treating me over 1 year for my upper back shoulders and neck. Working as Medical Office Administrator in a very busy Pain Clinic, constantly on the phone and computer work can get tightness in these areas. Physio never really helped me. And finding a great deep tissue Massage Therapist for me took many years. I always said “ the type of treatment I need is a chisel and a hammer “ to help with my knots and stiffness.

I had my first massage with therapist Richard today, targeting some structural imbalance issues with tight muscles and tendons in my legs, shoulder, and back caused from work and gym routine. With his technical expertise and application, he pinpointed the issues with precision. I'm impressed at the improvement one session from him has made and look forward to future sessions and seeing even more progression. 5 stars.
