Jenna is absolutely wonderful with our dog, Nellie! She's so kind and caring during every grooming appointment, and it really shows-Nellie is always relaxed and happy when we pick her up, and she always looks amazing. Jenna does such a beautiful job every time. She's also just lovely to deal with- friendly, professional, and genuinely caring. We're so grateful to have found her!

Our maltipoo, Sam was a client of Pucci Parlour for the last four years (ever since we moved to Ottawa). Jenna was his groomer and she was a five star groomer. Everyone there treated Sam so wonderful. Sam crossed the rainbow bridge this past weekend. I received the most lovely letter from Jenna and they even donated to the charity of my choice in Sam’s memory. The tribute they shared brought tears to my eyes. Bless all of Sam’s aunties at Pucci Parlour. You are the very best. Thank you for the love and care you showed Sam. It meant more than I can ever express. This place is beyond five stars. I can’t give them a high enough recommendation. ❤️

I couldn't be happier with the grooming service my dog received from Shona! She was incredibly gentle, patient, and thorough with my little dude who usually gets nervous during grooming. When I came back to pick him up, he was obviously very comfortable with her (which is not the case at the other groomers we used to go to). His coat is shiny, soft, and perfectly trimmed, and he smells amazing too! The whole experience was smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend Shona to anyone looking for a talented and caring groomer. We will definitely be back!
