I showed up at 4:50 pm, ten minutes before closing with a clutch/transmission problem. A mechanic came out right away, took the car for a drive, explained the problem and told me how I could travel the remaining 3 hours of my trip without causing any further damage. I made it home safely by following great instructions. Excellent service.

If you ever need any auto service, this is the place you want to be. We were stranded in our RV and are so thankful this is where we ended up. The staff were so incredibly kind and helpful. Todd went over and above to help us, and get us back on the road to continue on with our holidays as quick as possible. We are so thankful for their kindness and eagerness to help. As soon as we got there we knew these were good people who are incredibly trustworthy and highly skilled. We can’t thank them enough!

My son was travelling to Mtl for boot camp and had an electrical issue with his truck. Upon a quick google, I found Mallorytown auto. The reviews looked good. I called and spoke to John. He immediately asked his location and dispatched a tow. This was very quick and he immediately ordered the parts in advance. He broke down at 1100. With tow and fix, he was back on the road by 230. Amazing service ! Btw this was also on a Saturday. Thanks again fellas. Much appreciated.
