Since I haven't lifted weights in a few years, I bought some personal training sessions with Jon and it's been amazing. Jon is knowledgeable, accommodating, and just pleasant to be around. Also, he encouraged me to try classes and, while it took me too long to do so, I finally did and felt right at home. If you're apprehensive about joining, don't be. You'll love it.

Cannot say enough good things about this gym and the wonderful people that own it. Kind, courteous and professional atmosphere. If you’re a unit looking to pick up heavy things and put them back down again, I highly recommend wholefit. They truly offer a second to none training experience.
