Drop in visit while on vacation. 4 classes over a week. Met several different coaches and the owner. Super friendly, very knowledgeable and happy to have us drop in from out of town. Well equipped Crossfit gym, well attended classes and friendly members made for an enjoyable experience with very spicy workouts that can easily to tailored to any level visitor or member.

I absolutely love WholeFit and the positive atmosphere they've cultivated. The classes are top-notch, and I especially appreciate the instructors. After struggling with painful squats for years (despite 12 years of training), their focus on warm-ups, stretching, and mobility has been transformative. In just five months, I'm squatting heavy again and even achieved new one-rep maxes! Switching to WholeFit for my morning workouts has been a wonderful and much-appreciated change.
