This is my second time having repairs done at DG's and the experience was as good or even better than the first! The service manager Jess went above and beyond what I expected and kept me updated through every step from diagnostics to cost estimates, and no work was performed without my prior knowledge and consent! The tech that worked on my vehicle worked diligently to get me back on the the road! He and Jess were in constant contact and they kept me updated and made sure my truck was as safe as the day it left the dealership! This experience was a breath of fresh air for me! Great shop to deal with ! Amazingly easy communication and they do great work ! They installed a 3 inch lift and did lots of mechanical work on my truck including an oil bypass filter , Fass fuel system and cold air intake etc , commercial safety and an oil change ! runs better now than ever before !

From the tech doing an unreal job to the owner Dustin giving my a personal call to provide me the best possible options and expertise to fix mey truck. The customer service provided by jess was one the best experiences I’ve had, always updating on the progress on my truck being fixed and answering any questions I had.
