Victoria County Import Auto is a great place to take your car. The mechanics are knowledgeable, friendly, and honest. They will go the extra mile to help you, even if they are busy. Customers have praised the shop for its excellent customer service and reasonable prices. One customer was particularly impressed with Chad's willingness to help them fix a flat tire even though he was fully booked.
'Rad' Chad is the real deal. What a nice man to deal with. When no one else would look for an oil leak on my 406 c.i, 1965 Chevrolet C 10, Chad said, 'Bring him on up'. He and his Mechanic gave their observations, and because it's a new motor build, suggested bringing back to the guy. He has my business for my 2019 GMC Denali now. Great Service.
We were in a tough spot on Canada Day with worn-out brakes and no other shops open, but thankfully this was the only one open and they saved us.
Huge thanks to Chad, the main guy, who went above and beyond. He even drove himself to get the parts we needed. That kind of kindness and effort is rare. Big shoutout to Charlie and the other mechanic as well for being super helpful, professional, and just genuinely nice guys.
