This gym is amazing!!! Always has everything I need for a full workout available. On top of that, Adam and his staff support mental health programming I'm involved with in the community. Hats off to a great gym!!!

Great gym + great community = a GREAT atmosphereSpectrum has everything you could want and need in a gym; a wide selection of weight lifting and cardio equipment, a clean and open space, friendly staff and a women’s only private section (thats ACTUALLY stocked with weights and various machines).I’ve been an avid gym-goer for the past five years, never taking longer than a 10 day break during the past few years. However, after moving to the Lindsay area, I initially enrolled at the local Planet Fitness and quickly lost nearly all motivation to workout. What an amazing gym and owners. Stayed in Lindsay for the week and attended this gym. Felt very welcomed!For reference - there are great bench presses and squat power racks and smith machines. Variety of great machines and a cardio section. (Found a few machines I have never seen or used before, absolutely loved them).Dumbbells go up to 130lbs maybe higher. The atmosphere is amazing, best gym I’ve been to in a while.
