While updating a software program on my vehicle, the system kept restarting the download, and even though it was a Saturday they stayed late to ensure everything was downloaded correctly! They did all of this while performing scheduled maintenance as well.

Recently came in for some parts and had to call service dept to inquire about a couple things.
Whoever the woman is answering the phone in the service dept needs to be reconsidered.
Very defensive and argumentative tone on the phone (with kind people calling who are starting the conversation with “how are you today?”)
Our family has been purchasing and servicing our Ford’s at Moynes for over 30 years and we return for the kind and friendly atmosphere of a small town dealership.
This woman in service needs to be reminded where and who she is working for.
Only sharing this experience because this world needs more “kind” and less “rude”.
Dawn in service was amazing and got my truck fixed fast! Apparently she just started in July and all I have to say is hang on to her because great customer service and knowledge is hard to come by! Very very happy customer!
