Je me suis arrêté chez MD AutoCare au début d’un long trajet après avoir entendu des bruits suspects sur l’autoroute, je suis arrivée là en panique et au bord des larmes en espérant obtenir de l’aide. Ils étaient bien occupés, mais le propriétaire a pris le temps de vérifier ma voiture et me rassurer. Il a été absolument merveilleux. J’ai reçu un service extraordinaire et très humain. Je recommande ce garage sans hésitation!

Twice they got me in for emergency service when I needed it. Friendly. Knowledgeable and fantastic prices. On my second emergency trip they made a mistake while servicing my car but when I brought it to their attention they were professional and took care of it. I would trust them with my car again for sure and cannot recommend enough.

I must say that the service I received from the staff is what other shops should learn from. The staff was very friendly and the pricing was cheaper than I had expected. The interactions between the staff and customers were very good and made me feel like part of the team.. I overheard the staff talking about an elderly customer and the way they spoke of her was so nice and I could tell by the way they addressed her issues that they really cared about her and made sure she would be safe in her car. . Good job guys and I’ll see you again for sure.
