One customer's rose gold blonde dye job wasn't consistent in different lighting, but the salon fixed it free of charge the next day by purchasing special rose gold dye for them. Super nice staff and they care about making people love there own hair. I had gone in and asked for rose gold blonde. I got what I wanted, but when I was in different lighting the colour wasn't consistent and it's almost as if the dye didn't absorb in parts of my hair. I went to the salon the next day and asked if they could fix it and they fixed it free of charge and we're super nice about it. They even purchased rose gold dye( BC they ran out ) for me that same day and they took the extra steps to make sure I got what I wanted!! Love this salon!
I had a Layered shoulder length haircut which was done properly.
Sadly the hair dye starts to fade a little after 2nd wash, i probably should ask them to use their stronger formula next time. They charged decently so its very much appreciated
