Surprising result. I've been in pain for over 10 years and wow I finally have some control over my pain. I never realized how much things we do to our body's when we are young affects your latter in life. Take care of your body when your young.

I was very happy when my sister in-law introduced me to Elsie and her Matrix Repatterning practice. I had severe pain in my knees and hips that was causing me a lot of grief.
I was truly amazed at how gentle, yet effective Matrix Repatterning is. I should also mention that I did eliminate wheat from my diet for about 6 months
to help get rid of inflammation.
Now I no longer suffer from knee or hip pain. :)
