very easy to connect with. I confused my pickup date and called the after hours number (they are closed on weekends) and someone got in touch with me right way to arrange pickup even though they were closed (i rented an inflatable for a birthday party). It was a hit the kids loved it and it came with everything needed to run it. good working condition. the only problem i had was they did not have room to deliver to me (may be my fault because i rented last minute). would rent from them again.
My nephew celebrated his 10th Bday recently, his 2nd during the covid lockdown. It was last minute and The Party Rental Team came thru with flying colours. I pleaded with them to have the inflatables up before he leaves for school at 9am. Lisa under promised and OVER delivered. Made a little boys 10th Bday a memorable one, he was WOWED as was his uncle.Strongly recommend if you want to make someone's day. Thanks Lisa!!!
Would 100% recommend. We rented the 20 foot birthday cake for my mother in laws birthday, birthdays are special and there is not much you can do with covid so what better way then to wake up with a 20’ cake on your front lawn. Plus the kids loved it !! I will definitely be booking for more birthdays ! To book was such a easy and quick process and everything turned out perfect. Lisa was absolutely great to work with ! Thank you very much for your great service party rental company!! :)
