Alexandra, I believe that was her name, She did an amazing job on my hair removing all the brass & gold colours. She removed the bottom dead hair with a one inch trim and did a nice trim around my face. I left this place feeling like a million bucks. What a great location!Upon arrival, I was greeted by Ashley, who was a prime example of quality Customer Service.She was warm, hospitable, and provided great service. She maintained good conversation and made the experience a breeze. In addition, the haircut was excellent and the location clean and well maintained.Also to add, the store has a policy that should a customer walk in right before closing, they would still accept them.That is an example of warm hospitality, and kind courtesy.Keep up the great work!!
