I am incredibly grateful for the care and support that I’m receiving from my physiotherapist, Jessica Cmarada, since my surgery. My recovery progress has been slower than expected at times, and there were moments when I felt discouraged, but Jessica and the entire team has remained patient, supportive, and encouraging throughout the journey.
I am still attending physiotherapy sessions, and Jessica Cmarada has played such an important role in my recovery. Her encouragement, understanding, and dedication continue to motivate me to keep improving step by step. Every session is professional, positive, and focused on helping me progress at my own pace.

I'm from Alberta and had injured myself while visiting family in the area. I called Active Body for an assessment and a massage. They were able to accommodate me on very short notice. Kyle (MT) was able to provide some much needed pain relief while Jessica (PT) was able to give me a thorough assessment of my injury. Both gave me great advice for aftercare and follow up until I get home as I was only in the city for a couple of days. The reception staff was friendly, patient and helpful! Would definitely recommend!!
Very professional staff! Amy has been helping me for over a year and I honestly don’t know where I would be without her!!! She is beyond amazing!! I wish I could thank her more every day, she is the reason I am even able to move some days!! I appreciate them! Thank you for your incredible care!
