I can't express how wonderful it was to receive fast, efficient and friendly customer service after my kitchen faucet broke and flooded my kitchen. I called and Trevor was just leaving a job nearby and came directly to diagnose the problem. After discovering that my problem wasn't fixable, I went and purchased a new faucet and let him know I had a new one. He returned to my home within an hour and in minutes had it installed and was on his way. From initial phone contact to job completion was only 2 hours and 45 minutes. Outstanding!!! Called bridgeview for a second opinion on a plumbing job. They beat the offer from the other guys and tried to make it even cheaper. They put in the effort and the work that was done shows. Would call them again in a heart beat.
