I can't express how wonderful it was to receive fast, efficient and friendly customer service after my kitchen faucet broke and flooded my kitchen. I called and Trevor was just leaving a job nearby and came directly to diagnose the problem. After discovering that my problem wasn't fixable, I went and purchased a new faucet and let him know I had a new one. He returned to my home within an hour and in minutes had it installed and was on his way. From initial phone contact to job completion was only 2 hours and 45 minutes. Outstanding!!!
