    Maria provides amazing service and intuitive healing! If you really need deep tissue this is the place to go as she able to penetrate all those nasty knots. She has always cared for her client and communicated what kind of pressure is desired. A+++

    I was referred to Maria as I was looking for someone local. I called her and within my availability she was able to book me in. I’ve been going to her now for almost a year. And I never miss a month. I’m still waiting for a return call from other RMT’s. Very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Thanks Maria.

    I haven't had a massage in years. I went to Maria at Healthy Core Essentials and had a half hour massage. My back and shoulders feel great.Also, had Maria do a treatment on my son and daughter. She knows what she's doing and you can feel a difference right away. I have been recommending her to everyone I know. Can't wait to try her hot stone massage????
