Dr. Chan and team are absolutely wonderful! It was the most comprehensive eye exam I’ve had and quite honestly, my best experience at an optometry office!

I recently had a great experience at Komoka Optometry. It was my first time purchasing a pair of glasses from there, and the Optometric Assistant, Emily was extremely helpful. She helped me find glasses that best suit my face and I have actually received so many compliments on them! I love them. Thanks Emily!The store is very elegant but isn't intimidating. I noticed the staff are super welcoming to everyone who enters. Definitely recommend Komoka Optometry, they have a wide selection from less expensize to high end...and have a great sale selection as well.I would love to try their eye spa one day!

I was treated by Dr Chan for glasses which led to Cataracts. I was the worst patient she’s known. I blamed her for all my issues. For over a year I made constant phone calls, tons of emails to complain. Each time Dr Chan or staff politely dealt with me, always with respect which I will never know how. I finally took a good look at my situation and realized my health had been so poor prior to having my vision tested which I’m positive led to the deterioration of sight and cataracts. My advise to anyone unhappy with the care received, please think your situation through before acting out. Poor reviews aren’t necessary.
