Very welcoming atmosphere, friendly and good equipment. I never step foot into a gym, way out of my comfy zone. Employees are awesome and make it your 2nd home :) not only was a workout program and example of healthy meal plan made for me. Down 11lbs and the six pack is coming back after a month. To shy? I was too and just did it. You should too!
I was never one to go into a gym. I preferred being in my home gym. I started taking classes that we’re being offered at My Gym 2 years ago. I immediately felt encouraged and safe. I started training on top of taking classes. I googled workouts for the first couple of weeks while I got to know the members. Within a month the staff and members quickly became my gym family. The staff is incredibly friendly but above all, professional. The facility is spotless, refreshing towels and wash clothes are always provided. I would never recommend any other place for your fitness journey. My Gym staff, owner Michele and Murray are the best!!
