Many find the gym supportive, safe, and motivating, with personalized workout programs and healthy meal plans available. Members have experienced positive results, such as weight loss and developing a six-pack, after just a month. The facility is always clean, towels and washcloths are provided, and the community quickly feels like a gym family. Overall, MY GYM & Fitness Center is highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable, friendly, and well-equipped place to start or continue their fitness journey.

I was never one to go into a gym. I preferred being in my home gym. I started taking classes that we’re being offered at My Gym 2 years ago. I immediately felt encouraged and safe. I started training on top of taking classes. I googled workouts for the first couple of weeks while I got to know the members. Within a month the staff and members quickly became my gym family. The staff is incredibly friendly but above all, professional. The facility is spotless, refreshing towels and wash clothes are always provided. I would never recommend any other place for your fitness journey. My Gym staff, owner Michele and Murray are the best!!
Bro, this gym is honestly one of the best I’ve ever been to. The equipment is top‑tier, the environment is welcoming, and the entire facility is spotless from the workout areas to the showers. Even though I don’t live here and only came in for a one‑day pass, I was genuinely impressed.
The front desk staff were amazing always smiling, friendly, and professional. Their hospitality alone makes the place stand out. If you live in this small town, I would definitely recommend this gym. Thank you to the whole team for everything you do
