Since 2026, I have purchased 4 volvo cars from Van Herpt Automotive. Now, my two sons and I each have a Volvo. The fourth I recently purchased to replace one which hit a dear.
The customer service at Van Herpt is second to none. Living 60 mules from Kingston, whenever I have a "problem" or question, I can call them, and they answer my question or tell me how to fix the problem.
In fact, with all 4 cars, over the last 8 years, I have NEVER had to take my any of our cars into their service department to fix a problem - just for regualr sevice or tire change.

Very grateful for Blake McGinness and Al Van Herpt for an excellent experience in buying my new XC 60 recharge. I LOVED my Subaru, which I had for 12 years, and it was hard to leave behind.
Blake and Al were very supportive, and Blake didn't pressure me at all. He was always respectful and answered all my questions. He was mindful of what mattered to me combined with my desire to buy a plug-in hybrid.
I now have a beautiful car that is also kinder to the environment. I highly recommend Van Herpt Volvo if you're considering a new car. The customer service was impeccable, the dealership spotless, and the people kind.
Just a few weeks ago I took delivery of a new Volvo XC60. From the first test drive to the negotiation and then through the delivery, Blake and the staff at Van Herpt Volvo did a top-notch job. While out for a test drive, Blake had a good idea of what I was looking for. When I returned, he had found one and determined that it could be delivered. After this I met with Peter and the finance options were discussed. All I had to do was wait until my vehicle arrived; I was kept informed and on delivery day, all the paperwork was ready and accurate. Blake then spent about an hour with my wife and I going over the new vehicle and getting connected.
