Haerim was great! My cut looked fresh and I left with much healthier looking hair! She really pays attention to detail! But what I couldn't fathom was I originally went for highlights and a cut and only left with a cut because the prices have got out of control for highlights! I was quoted $330 and that was before tax and tip. I use to pay under $200.. so I was pretty mind blown when I saw the quote and decided I couldn't justify spending that much to highlight my hair! I would go back for a cut but will no longer be getting my hair coloured there (or by the looks of things, anywhere)

I had a last-minute appointment with Shelby. She was very thorough in the consultation prior to my cut. Her communication skills are excellent and she was sure to check in multiple times through the cut. My hair turned out even better than I expected!

I cannot stress enough how amazing Carina was! This was my first time there and my first time getting my hair professionally done since 2021. I have long, thick hair and Carina was so thorough and accommodating throughout. I also have Psoriasis and she was so mindful of that as well, asking about every product before using it. She wrapped tin foil around the arms of my glasses so I could see throughout the appointment (such a little thing but usually I just sit there blind at other salons!) She did an excellent job and gave me exactly what I wanted, I cannot recommend her enough!
