The owner was incredibly rude to me as soon as I met him, I had gone in to inquire about renting out their studio as there is no other one in Kingston. Secretary told me maybe, owner (im assuming his name is Taylor) straight up said no, asked how old i was and without even asking to see my work he told me to "go get a government job". So yeah that was my wonderful experience with this shitty company!!!!

I have to agree with Kay. My daughters pictures were not even as good as we could take ourselves. Professional pictures should be just that, professional. They should not look like someone just sat you down and started clicking. It is your job as a professional to take the best angles etc of your subject. Not buying a single print from them, we will be going to a real professional.

Not a great experience. I went for the standard grad sitting which promised 30 to 50 photos with opportunity for review, 30 min total. About 2/3 of the way in with about 50 photos, I had my opportunity to review and I noticed my hair was astray, my eyebrows were dishevelled and my eyeliner was missing off one eye. I wish he had taken fewer photos, was less focussed on the straightness of my collar and had given me some honest feedback about my appearance. I wasn't paying to have someone click every second. He did click about 20 more shots, but just not a great experience overall. He also sharpened some photos - I guess because they were blurry - but it had the effect... read full review
