I have been at Samatva for almost a year and I can’t say anything other than this should be everyone’s place. Every instructor I have had (Kelly, Beth, Tricia, Katie, Kamila, Hollie, Brendine, and Lorraine) have been beyond impressive. They know their stuff, their words at the beginning and end of practice are thoughtful and insightful and leave me always thinking. All staff are welcoming and friendly and know everyone by name when they come in. I thank each and everyone of them for their knowledgeable, skill, authenticity, humour and leaving us all in a state of peace. Highly recommend this studio! Namaste ❤️

Just started a few months ago. I had done yoga prior but at a different studio. Going to a new studio can be a bit intimidating. The studio is very calm and relaxing and the staff are super welcoming and friendly. Highly recommend to all skill levels.

I enjoyed the prenatal yoga class taught by Tiiu this fall so so much! It became one of the highlights of my week and really helped me feel strong and centered in my pregnancy. Thanks so much Tiiu and Samatva!
