TLDR. I came here after a car accident after the recommendation of my insurance company. They started with physical therapy and simple stretch techniques, and later advanced to massage therapy and deeper stretches that I still do on a daily basis. There was no wait time before my appointment, and they were very understanding and helpful when I arrived late couple of times for my appointments. They also gave me items and tools that would help me with my stretching and recovery. I highly recommend them for anyone seeking any kind of physical therapy. I have been coming for several months to the clinic for a shoulder injury. I have received excellent physiotherapy on site as well as exercise guidance for continued healing between sessions. My therapist guides me through the exercises which will best help the healing; he makes sure I am doing them correctly for maximum effect. Each session involves time with a tens machine, hot moist towelling on the shoulders, and a comfortable massage of the area. I am nearing the end of my sessions and would not hesitate to return when needed and/or to recommend to anyone looking for good physiotherapy in Kingston.LJB
