Shout out to Cathy. I've been seeing her for almost 2 years and I have never been disappointed.
I see her about twice a year for a full hair trim, and every 2 months to trim my bangs.
She takes walk ins but if you specifically want to be seen by her it doesn't hurt to call and make sure that she's working that day.

I would highly recommend Magicuts in the Cataraqui Mall. My stylist was Kathy and she did an amazing job! The prices were fantastic! I used to go to Chatters, but with their OUTRAGEOUS prices made me look for more affordable options. For example when I went to Chatters for a cut, colour and tip it would end up costing me $300.00! Going to Magicuts for the same thing I ended up paying about $140.00! So if you want to save money and get GREAT service you have to give Magicuts a try you will not regret it!
