Where do I begin? Between the absolutely unimaginably stellar service from the reception desk, all the way through to the magnificent back cracks provided by the one and only Dr. P. Pain, there is no room for improvement. If I could give this establishment a million stars, I would - 5 just doesn’t seem sufficient. God bless the team here at the Live Well Centre, and a big shoutout to my bestie Jordyn. Although she may have an obsessive fetish for lipgloss and hand cream, she is the brightest star of them all. Kingston’s entire population should be coming here for all of their chiropractic, massage therapy and laughter needs.
Dr. Gifford has been seeing my son from 2 months old and has been fantastic. I have recently started seeing her as well and after only a couple visits I have already noticed a difference. Dr. Gifford is personable and I like that the appointments are quick and on time. Lovely receptionists as well. Definitely recommend.

As a regular patient for several years, I highly recommend Dr. Peter Pain and his amazing team at the Live Well Centre. Screen time can take its toll on my spine, Dr. Pain gives me the adjustments and advice I need to maintain a better posture and feel better.
