I honestly cannot say enough amazing things about this experience. I’m currently 9 months pregnant and accidentally showed up on the wrong day for my appointment. It was completely my mistake — and even though I insisted it was okay and that I could reschedule, he went out of his way to rearrange his schedule and accommodate me. That kind of kindness and understanding is rare. Not only is he incredibly professional, but he’s genuinely a good person. When I picked up my car, I was in absolute shock. My car looks newer than when I originally bought it from the Mercedes dealership. I’m not exaggerating — it looks THAT good. Every detail was done with care and perfection. You can tell he takes pride in his work. This isn’t just someone who “cleans cars.” This is a true professional and a great businessman who stands behind his service and treats his clients with respect. They did an unbelievable job on my car.. my child had pretty well destroyed the back seat and in general it hadn't been properly cleaned in years. it looks brand new!! will definitely be a repeat customer!! highly recommend
