I'm giving these folks 5 stars because they *didn't* come to my house. It was the first really chilly day of the season, the start of a holiday weekend, and our furnace isn't kicking in. I emailed the furnace people we usually use - no answer. I phoned them - no answer (guess who we *won't* be calling again). My heart sank - my family was coming for holiday dinner and I wanted the house to be warm for my toddler-aged grandson. I phoned Kingston Home Heating to book a call and the very nice woman on the other end of the line troubleshot over the phone. This is a great place to have your furnace repaired, inspected or if you need to buy a new furnace like we had to. They made the purchase process very easy and almost painless. We still had to pay for it and they still made that seem less stressful. Very knowledgeable, caring and professional staff. If you need a new furnace they will get you the very best furnace to heat your house. Hands down.
