My daughter lives in Kingston, and I was looking for a garage to repair her vehicle. The only one that came up on Google was “Johns Auto Service”. I called their business and spoke to a gentleman named Derak. When I first met him I was impressed in how he explained everything so well. His knowledge was incredible. He took the time to make sure I understood how he was going to correct the issues. If you live in Kingston and need your vehicle repaired make sure you give “Johns Auto Service” a call. I've never really left a review, but will absolutely take the time to recommend John's Auto.
Friday evening my partner and I found out truck couldn't shift into drive, we called John's and they thankfully took it in and we were able to get it looked at come Monday.
I absolutely feared the worst, thinking the transmission or something big, scary, and expensive had went on the truck. Of all things involved, a walnut was causing the shifter to get blocked.
Derek, who I was in constant contact with, waved the inspection fee for the repair, and gave us some recommendations of things the tech had found.
