“WOW Thank you, Chris I went in to have my lav mic connect to my laptop for videos. Since I'm not tech knowledgeable, I had tried myself with no success and was frustrated as could be. Chris took my laptop and mic to his desk and offered me a chair right there. Within a few minutes, he had me up and running. He also added an app called OBS Studio and set up a file for my recorded video. Then he went through everything with me again to be sure everything worked. It was such an amazing experience. When I walked in I was concerned and intimidated by technology but when I walked out, the concern was gone & there was a big smile on my face. Again, thank you Chris and Acadian Computer Service.
