Visited this incredible location today as a photographer and was amazed by the diverse range of services offered. It's truly a holistic wellness destination! The manager was exceptionally knowledgeable, and the front desk staff were incredibly kind. The massage therapist I saw was phenomenal!I'm excited for my next visit to experience more of the property's services!

We had the pleasure of trying out our first Contrast Room visit on the weekend. James showed us around and gave us some great advice and tips to ensure that we enjoyed our experience. The cold plunge was challenging as expected. I can't wait to go back and try it again. The place has a great vibe, the Staff and Owner Spence were friendly and knowledgeable. There’s something very special about Immerse. From the moment I walked in for the first time, I was immediately greeted with such warmth and kindness. I wanted to start taking some Yoga classes, and I couldn’t be happier with choosing immerse. Their yoga classes are warm and at times challenging, however, I’ve never felt more in tune with my body and breath. If you’re looking to try out some yoga in town, I would 10000% recommend Immerse. Such a friendly and healing, environment.
