We received speedy and well explained service from the owner/manager Brad and the installers of both a new furance & AC were polite & did a good job cleaning up. The office staff are very pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful. We would highly recommend Exclusive Cooling & Heating.

Great experience with Exclusive Cooling! They were in last Thursday for a furnace maintenance. Jack was very thorough, and we were very fortunate in timing, as they discovered excessive CO, leading to a cracked heat exchanger. Brad worked very hard to cover options with a view to keeping costs down, and we felt no pressure into making a decision for warranty repair or replacement. As our furnace was old, we went with replacement. Brad shifted schedules around for priority effort, and a crew was there the next day at 0830 to switch out out the old with a new high-efficiency unit.
