On Sunday, Dec. 14 our furnace quit generating heat throughout our home. A service technician was able to come on Monday to diagnose the problem. They quickly provided a quote for repairs and Dows were instructed to order the needed parts. Fortunately, the parts came in on Tuesday and they were able to make the needed repairs that afternoon. All the technicians were a pleasure to do deal with. The work was completed as quickly as possible and heated was restored. We are so thankful that Dows was able to reschedule a couple of technicians to handle our problem so quickly. We highly recommend the work of this company.

Andrew and Isaiah came by today (on time! Yeh). They did an outstanding job checking my systems (heat pump, electric furnace, HRV, heat pump hot water tank). All is well. They were tidy, polite, and offered excellent advice. Oh, and they love dogs…you gotta love people who live dogs! Thanks for helping to keep my house in good order!
