This is by far the best experience I have ever had with an auto-body shop. I dropped my car off to have the damage assessed and an estimate done and came back a few hours later to find that the issues had been largely fixed free of charge! Mark provided me with options for more extensive repairs that would involve replacing (expensive) parts, but noted it wasn't necessary to pursue those right away or ever as the aesthetic issues are so minor. I just really appreciated the honesty and the generosity. I can't recommend Crown Collision more highly!
After the repairs that were made to our car it looks brand new. Pricing is very reasonable and it is clear that the owner and his team take great pride in their workmanship. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for autobody work. 10 stars
I had some scuffs and scratches along the driver's side of my vehicle involving both the front and rear doors. Chris was able to restore the original finish without having to do a costly paint job. I am delighted with the result and grateful for the prompt, professional and personal service I received.
