Called Canada Computers twice and nobody picked up. So I called compufix, picked up right away and started diagnosing the problem on the phone. when I brought my computer in we had a bunch more troubleshooting and talking to figure out the problem. said it would take 7 business days but the next day I get a call at 4:50 that the issue isnt as serious and it will be done in half an hour!
awesome, clear communication of what their doing. took less then 24 hours to get it done AND they kept the store open for half an hour for me to grab it.

I took my laptop in because it wouldn’t hold a charge and would only work while plugged in. The owner of the store was very kind and explained what it could be, but let me know he needed to investigate further to confirm. After only 3 days (when the estimate said 7 business days) I got a call that they had figured out the problem and were able to fix it!
This place was clean & organized, and the staff were respectful, helpful, and kind. I will be returning if I need any further support/fixes to my electronics. Highly recommend :)
Got the battery and hard drive replaced for my laptop. Computer is performing way better than before. Very nice people! Will be my go-to place for any computer repairs! Thank you!
