Patients have praised the kindness of the doctors, including Dr. Lethke, who take their time to address concerns, making it a reliable choice for those in need, especially for families without a family doctor.
My experience with the clinic has been good so far. Doctors have addressed all my concerns.
I am very grateful. I don't have a family doctor in this area, so knowing there is a reliable walk-in clinic is just such a blessing.
Website offers IUD insertion and removal = basic women’s health/provision of contraception, but is actually NOT provided by clinic.
When you call to book anything related to IUD, you are told this service is not offered. Shocked by phone call with reception, I showed up in person to ask again, and was denied this basic womens healthcare again today.
In appointment room, it’s clear they have supplies to do Pap smears (would be one extra step to insert/remove an IUD…). When I asked MD if they would provide that care, they also said no. When I asked why it says it is provided on website, they said “I’m just here to help out, I’m not the IT guy”.

great clinic run by a very kind person. i don’t have a family doctor, and twice they’ve let me book appointments for various tests, or follow ups, etc. very grateful for the low barrier access to quality care :)
