The staff and service are very good. The one thing I would warn people about before coming is the horrendous wait time for any services. You will likely be waiting 5+ weeks for anything to get done due to the wait list.

I like the customer service here because, to be honest, it is awesome. They know their stuff. The only issue is traveling 100km to go for assistance with my laptop only to find out it is closed. When on Google, it shows that store times may be affected due to holiday. My opinion is, if it is not going to be open, then update the internet so people don't make this trip.

Misted stocked computer store in Kingston. Staff are ALWAYS wonderful. Allay go there before looking online. Fairly priced. 10/10 Will go again and recommend to my friends and family.
