I cannot say enough great things about Alana and her services. She has gone above and beyond since my first phone call to inquire about lymphatic drainage massage. She took the time to listen to my needs and tailored her treatment specifically to those needs. She also provided education on simple techniques that I can do myself between treatments. Every step of the journey she has been professional and respectful ensuring I am comfortable and satisfied with the treatments and care. The space is also beautiful and relaxing. I highly recommend Better Balance Wellness and specifically Alana Hamelin.

I discovered Better Balance yoga when I was finishing up my time at Queen's University, and I will forever be grateful. The space is absolutely beautiful and helped me develop a true love and passion for yoga. Each time I stepped on the mat, with whichever instructor guiding me (they are all lovely individuals), I felt safe and supported in taking care of my mental and physical wellness. The studio and space are so calming and provided me with principles I will take with me off my mat forever. I highly recommend this studio; it will change your life for the better.
