I like the look of this store. However, I found it very difficult to find exactly what I was looking for, as there is so much inventory, and it's pretty cluttered. I have had to go find help myself the past few times I visited this store.
The products are good, and they honour the warranties on their merchandise/electronics/products.

Always had good shopping experiences at this Best Buy location. Any of the staff members I interacted with took their time to guide me through the available choices and patiently answered all my questions.

I went to Best Buy recently to buy new headphones because I had a very positive experience the last time I came for headphones, and not being an expert myself, I wanted to make sure I got good headphones. The staff was incredibly helpful, he listened and understood what I wanted and pointed me in the right direction. I’m still very happy with my purchase.
