I purchased my hotub in 2021 and found the customer service and maintenance to go above and beyond. The Beachcomber hot tub meets and exceeds my needs. The hybrid model is stylish and if anything ever went wrong whether small or large, the team here has ensured I have never once regretted my purchase.
