During the weekend ice storm a large tree fell on our property. I was surprised to see workers in my backyard disposing of the tree trunk and the tree branches. It turns out someone from ArbreCare lives in the apartment building behind my house and the company cleaned up the debris without charging me. Thank you for your kindness and professionalism.

I had no issues dealing with these guys, thanks to my good neighbour's referral. Jonathan and the crew cut a few large branches over my roof and backyard. It was a true precision work, and they managed really well. There is no damage to the roof, property or wires. I was scared watching them backing their truck into my tiny driveway, but they did no mistake, leaving just over a foot to the house wall. They cleaned up thoroughly after finishing the job. They totally knew what they were doing. On the same day they removed a dead tree from my neighbours yard, a big part of which was over my house. Again, no complaints.
