I saw Julie last night for a long (obverse 2.5 hours)full hair transformation. I went from over processed, neglected, bleached scraggly and dead hair to healthy hair filled in with a more natural colour. Now soft to the touch, I can go out and feel good about myself again. Julia was very patient with me and made me feel safe enough to deal with my hair after four hard years of depression (causing the neglect to my hair)Julie took time to explain exactly what she was going to do and before we started and even broke down things price things for me to understand.
