We are so pleased we chose to work with Tom Schmidt Construction for our new build. Tom could not have made the building process any easier. There are so many scary contractor stories out there but Tom is a super committed, reliable, hardworking and fare contractor who has excellent workmanship skills. Honestly, once he started our build and we saw his dedication and quality of work, we felt little to no stress with our build. We knew we were in good hands with Tom. He took us through a complete tear down, excavation and then new build.
