“My experience with Holly's repair and towing services was overall pretty good. I called CAA b/c the battery indicator on my VW went off. They dispatched Holly's tow truck to my property and it arrived very promptly. I decided to take a chance with unknown to me auto repair shop and asked them to replace the broken alternator ASAP. They have done it rather quickly and for reasonable price and towed my car back to my home. The only wrinkle in this transaction was that they forgot to plug my AC compressor back. When I showed up at their shop they immediately fixed the problem and apologized for this hiccup. I think it's not a big deal since they rushed that job for me. Also, I had a very good response from the lady in the office for all my questions and requests either by phone or by text messages. They are good people doing good job.“
