I usually get my nails done in the city but after having my acrylics on for a while I decided a basic remove in-town should be fine. When I arrived she cut down my nails and filed them like normal but then she took a piece if acrylic nail and tried peel my nails off. I immediately pulled my hand away and asked her if she soaks them off. She gave me so much attitude about it but ive NEVER had someone try to peel off acrylic nails…. I can do that at home. I informed her my nails were thin from getting it done for so long and soaking it was better. She told me its the same thing……. Bernice is the best! She always knows what colour I want. She is very friendly and makes small talk. Today I tried the new paraffin hand wax treatment. It was amazing. I only go to shells.

If I could give zero stars, I would . It cost $50.00 for a pedicure that lasted 30 mins. A barely there 2 minute massage by a less than enthusiastic nail tech. Some people aren't cut out for serving the public. Save your money and skip this place entirely.
