Midas in keswick was great. I called to see if they can swap my winter tires and they were able to accomadate as it was a short notice. Customer service was great, mechanics who worked on my car were polite and professional. Overall it was a pleasant experience and fast service.

I had a wonderful experience with Dan at this keswick Midas location. The issue of faulty U joints was discussed and resolved within 5 business hours + was told when I picked up the vehicle that the 3rd U joint was practically new when carefully inspected and did not need to be replaced after all as was accounted for as part of the quote which was approved. It is important to communicate with clients as we feel involved in the process and don’t feel as though we have no mechanical skill. Thanks again Dan for your customer service communication. We live in Toronto and made a day trip to visit a family friend in Sutton when the brake light suddenly appeared. I called several mechanics but all of them were either closed or fully booked since it was a Saturday. I called MIDAS Keswisk, explained our situation, and they offered to help right away. Upon request, they drove us home while they worked on our van and picked us up after it was fixed. Excellent service. A huge thank you to Dan, AJ, Ruban, and the rest of the team at MIDAS. Your help will never be forgotten :)
