Midas in keswick was great. I called to see if they can swap my winter tires and they were able to accomadate as it was a short notice. Customer service was great, mechanics who worked on my car were polite and professional. Overall it was a pleasant experience and fast service.
I had a wonderful experience with Dan at this keswick Midas location. The issue of faulty U joints was discussed and resolved within 5 business hours + was told when I picked up the vehicle that the 3rd U joint was practically new when carefully inspected and did not need to be replaced after all as was accounted for as part of the quote which was approved.
It is important to communicate with clients as we feel involved in the process and don’t feel as though we have no mechanical skill.
